Our team have been working hard behind the scenes with our stakeholders to ensure as many participants as possible are given the opportunity to run with us on May 5. We are super excited that over 19,000 of you will be joining us this year – our biggest event ever! As such, the 2024 HOKA Runaway Sydney Half Marathon has now reached event capacity.

We will not open a waitlist for the 10km or Half Marathon as no further entries will become available.

Person to Person transfers are accepted up until 5:00pm (AEST) on 26 April 2024. Please join the Runaway Sydney Entry Transfers Facebook group if you can no longer make it or you are looking to run. Please note - It is not possible to transfer your entry to someone else who is wanting to do a different distance event (i.e. Half Marathon to 10km).

The safety of our athletes is paramount and we require information for all athletes on course – it is a condition of entry that you do not give your bib to another person to run under without formally transferring the entry.
